Beauty School Rocks and The Owl Tattoo ;)

I've been doing alot of haircuts here lately! Alot at achool and alot at home, which I can't get paid for yet, but the practice is nice. The worst part is the book work, we have to learn anatomy and chemicals and all kinds of really smart people stuff! Hahaha it's really not that bad ;)  I've got a few pics of some haircuts I've done and I'll post those soon. Here is a pic of Heathers first hair cut, I will later post a pic of her new haircut. I also got a really cool owl tattoo on my forearm, it's so cool and I can't wait for everyone to see it! Oh! And I can't wait to post a pic of my tattoo! Enjoy the pics :)

Oh Beauty School!

Oh cosmetology school is so close! With two weeks until the start date of my classes, I am completely unprepared! My loan papers have yet to be mailed to me, the school won't accept my application until my loan goes through, etc.etc.etc... I am although in high spirits that everything will work out! I can't wait to let the creative side out of me! Like a wild thunderstorm I will be running through that campus with blurs of blue and pink colors flying everywhere! I can't wait for the day to add cosmetology license to my already existing aesthetics license! I love working in a spa, but there's only so much organic one person can handle! Hahaha! I can't wait to alternate between being quite and relaxing to being a wild hair fixing maniac!

On an alternate note the kiddies and myself along with my bestie Julia and her kids will be headed down to Fort kid tomorrow evening for a picnic dinner! I can't wait to show you guys some pictures. If you're not from here then you can't comprehend how fantabulous Fort kid is! A bunch of volunteers got together and built a huge fort out of wood, it's so big and there are hidden passages and little places to hind, it is a childhood wonderland! See you guys tomorrow!

Crazy few weeks!

This has been a few crazy weeks! My little girl turned 2 and we went down to Market Square and had lunch and then we let the kids run around in the fountains! It was so much fun, and there was a farmers market so we got to do some shopping as well. I happen to have a favorite restaurant in town, it's called Tomato Head! I don't know if you've heard of it but it is soooo awesome, they use local foods and alot of organic and vegan foods. If you go you've got to try the "oh boy sandwich" oor their tuna sandwich they are both really sweet!

I wonder if any of you have a hidden talent? You do? Well share it with me and I'll share mine! It's finding four leaf clovers! You probably think that's lame but let me tell you! I can find a four leaf clover in any clover patch! It's true! I found 6 in about 2 mins, seriously! It kinda freaks my husband out a little, but I keep thinking that we will win the lottery one day! Hahaha it may not be a super power but it's pretty cool in my book :)

And on a last note, some of you know that I am an esthetician and I work in a spa in Pigeon Foreg and I love it! Now I will be going to school for cosmetology in the next few weeks, I will be attending tennessee School of Beauty, any of you go there? I will keep posted all of the hairstyles and cuts that I will be accompishing! Keep up with the blog bc I will be running specials as soon as I get out there in the world of hair care in Knoxville, TN!
